Thank you for your interest in Ministry Academy!
To be accepted into Ministry Academy, we must receive the following items from you:

1. Christian Workers OR Christian Living Certificate OR a detailed list of your ministry experience
2. 2 personal references
3. Letter of recommendation from a pastor or ministry leader
4. College transcripts (if applying for degree or certificate program)
5. $50 fee

You will need to provide either a copy of your Christian Workers Certificate OR Christian Living Certificate OR provide a detailed list of your previous (and current) ministry/marketplace experience. This list should include what positions you've held, a description of the tasks you performed as well as names and contact information for your supervisor(s).

In the spaces provided, please submit the names and contact information for two personal references.

In addition to the information provided on this form, you will need to submit the following:
1. Official transcripts from any previous college or trade school (for degree pathway only)
2. Letter of Recommendation from a spiritual/pastoral leader

All documents must be submitted by August 23, 2026.

A one-time, non-refundable $50.00 application fee is required. This $50 will be applied to your tuition should you be accepted into the program. If you choose to pay online, there is a $2.00 processing fee included in the cost. You may choose to pay on-site by cash or check.
